and improvement with the latest phase between 1980 and 1984.

The Cottage Suite
The Cottage Suite is within an extension of outbuildings completed about
50 years ago and comprises a self contained ground floor suite of a
double bedroom, sitting room with a small wood burning stove and a small
kitchen, suitable for preparing light suppers. The bathroom,totally
refurbished, is a 'Wet Room' with power shower, washbasin and WC.
A beverage tray awaits guests with a fridge supplied with fresh milk and
bottled Welsh water. The suite is centrally heated with secondary electric
heaters.

Room F
Room F is within part of the house rebuilt about 1800 by Lord Bagot
and is a double bedroom on the first floor offering guests a spectacular
view of the marvellous Clwydian range and the woods once occupied
by the Cavalry of Owain Glyndwr waiting to attack and capture Ruthin
on 20th September 1400.
This bedroom has a four poster bed and a rocking chair to sit and
relax in whilst looking out onto the Vale of Clwyd. The ensuite
bathroom comprises a large walk-in shower, washbasin, WC.
Tea and coffee making facilities are enhanced by a fridge providing
fresh milk and bottled Welsh water.

Room R
Room R is at the front of the house on the first floor with views
of the prize winning garden,fields and woodland.
The bedroom has a double four poster bed,multi-channel TV and
clock-radio.The ensuite shower room is provided with toiletries,
large bath towels and bath robes.
There is a beverage tray with a small fridge supplied with fresh
milk and bottled Welsh water.
WiFi access is available in the bedroom and throughout the house.

Dining
Room
A cooked breakfast is served in the traditionally furnished dining
room with a buffet selection of cereals, stewed fruits, yoghurts
and juices, followed by your choice of freshly cooked main dish
all accompanied by toast and home made preserves with tea, hot chocolate
or a cafatiere of fresh ground coffee.
An evening meal can be available by prior arrangement with local
produce used wherever possible to give the diner a true taste of
Wales. Diners are served complimentary wine selected from the cellar
of Firgrove. |
